Step 1:

Got to an Interview spoken in English where
you show that you have good moral standards.

Take an Oath of Allegiance tothe United Sttes of America where you will have to say " I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen" but dual citizenship is allowed even though it used to be banned
